Stories in a Snap | Making Lemonade from Lemons

We've admired your images you've shared with us, the raw real moments of motherhood and in between. Now we want to hear your story! Come join us as we launch our new group Stories in a Snap. A place to share, grow, and get inspired. We all know that there is a story behind every image you take and we want to hear it!

To participate join our group Stories in a Snap. Post a 3-5 image series to the group including a paragraph or two about the images. Not just descriptive words but really tell us the details behind the story - the mood, the day, the personality. We want to feel like we were there along side you!

At the end of each month we will chose 3-4 "storytellers" to be featured on the blog throughout the following month. You'll also get a special shout out on our facebook page!

Themes are open to interpretation but we are basing each month's theme around motherhood - good & bad. This month's theme is:

Making Lemonade from Lemons

A big thank you to Elise Meader Photography who took on the challenge to present our first storytelling series with the thought of "April showers bring May flowers" in mind. Here's what she had to say:

"Here in New England our Spring is short and not the prettiest. Typically the colors are drab, the ground is soggy from the melted snow and the air is still icy cold.

We've been getting our share of showers in March which gives me hope that we will actually have some warmth and blooms this April. But, if I'm let down... there's May. :)
Good riddance to winter!"
